5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation by Client: If a Client cancels the Services, the retainer fee is non-refundable. If the cancellation occurs within a specified time period (e.g., 30 days) before the event, the full payment may still be required.

  • Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we must cancel our Services due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (e.g., illness, natural disaster), our liability will be limited to a full refund of all payments received from the Client.

  • Rescheduling: We will work with the Client to reschedule Services, subject to our availability. The retainer fee can be transferred to the new date.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
